These terms shall be governed in all aspects by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of Israel. You agree that all disputes and differences shall be determined in a court of competent jurisdiction within in Tel-Aviv and you hereby consent and submit to venue and personal jurisdiction therein.

If any provision of these terms shall be held unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

InSightec may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, in our sole discretion. The user may not assign its rights under this Agreement without InSightec's prior written permission. Any attempt by the user to assign your rights under this Agreement without InSightec's permission shall be void. The waiver by InSightec of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or a subsequent breach of the same or a different kind.
